We are out-of-network providers. A credit card will be put on file upon booking the appointment and charged on the day of your appointment. We will provide a detailed bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Though most insurances comply with the Affordable Care Act and will provide full reimbursement, we always encourage you to reach out to your insurance company to discuss coverage.
Cancellation Policy: cancel within the 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee. Your full visit fee will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of visit. In the event of illness or emergencies for either party or severe weather (for in home), every effort will be made to reschedule services at another time. Please reach out to us ASAP if this is the situation.
